摘  要:笔者通过建立试验模型对气体绝缘全封闭式组合电器设备中悬浮电极缺陷局部放电特征进行深入研究,在实验室中以一段220 kV电压等级的GIS设备为试品,设计了悬浮电极缺陷放电物理模型,采用逐级加压法对悬浮电极进行局部放电试验,试验过程中同时采用脉冲电流法、特高频法和超声波法对局部放电情况进行监测,获取悬浮电极缺陷的放电特征及发展趋势。试验结果表明,随着施加电压的升高,悬浮电极缺陷的放电程度越来越剧烈,具体表现为放电次数增多、放电幅值增大和放电相位区间变宽。利用特高频传感器获取的放电数据,绘制了悬浮电极缺陷放电脉冲的时域、频域谱图及PRPD谱图,为局部放电严重程度评估提供了依据;同时对试验采用的3种检测方法观测结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,特高频法能够避免电磁干扰,具有高的灵敏度,更适合于局部放电在线检测。Partial discharge (PD)characteristics of floating electrode defect in gas insulated switchgear(GIS) sample were investigated. Physical model of floating electrode defect was designed and placed in the cavity in a 220 kV GIS for experiment. The voltage on GIS was gradually increased to make in-depth observation of PD development process. The pulse current method, the UHF method and the ultrasonic method were used to monitor the PD process and obtain PD characteristics and development trend of the defect. Experimental results showed that the PD became more violent with the increase of applied voltage with larger discharge number, higher discharge amplitude, and wider phase interval. In addition, the time-domain spectrum, frequency-domain spectrum and PRPD spectrum of PD were obtained from the PD data of UHF signals to evaluate the severity of partial discharge generated by the floating electrode defect. Comparison among the three PD detection methods indicates that the UHF method is more suitable for online partial discharge detection because of its better anti-interference performance and higher sensitivity.
