摘  要:笔者对超高压输电公司从2009年1月至2013年5月期间的输变电设备发热缺陷进行统计,从缺陷的类型、时间、区域3个方面对设备的发热情况进行了总体分析,梳理出设备发热缺陷的原因和规律,归纳出需高度关注的设备和部件,并结合日常巡视维护、设备检修、技术改造,提出开展设备接头安装规范化管理工作、确定设备接头安装关键步骤工艺控制标准、校核设备接线板的载流能力等改进措施。This paper counts the overheating defects of the power transmission equipment in EHV Power Transmission Company from January 2009 to May 2013. It analyzes the overall overheating cases in three aspects of the types, time and zones of the defects. It teases out the causes and the regular patterns of the overheating defects of equipment and generalizes the equipment and components which should be highly concerned. It proposes the targeted improvement measures combined with routine maintenance inspections, equipment overhaul and transformation, including standardized installation of equipment connectors, determining the process control standard of the key steps of the equipment connector installation and checking the current carrying capacity of the equipment wiring boards.
