HPLC法测定双金痛立停胶囊中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立双金痛立停胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,使用Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.163~1.630μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.71%,RSD=0.54%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于双金痛立停胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develope a method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Shuangjin Tongliting capsules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used with Diamonsil C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） chromatographic column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution（ 15 ： 85 ）. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 163 to 1. 630 μg （ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 98.71% with RSD of 0.54%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducibile, which can be applied to the quality control of Shuangjin Tongliting capsules.
