重塑理想信念、凝聚社会共识:“中国梦”的政治修辞

摘　　要：尽管"中国梦"与个人梦、地方梦之间存在着密切的辩证关系,但由部分组成的整体又具有部分所不具备的功能,部分机械相加之和并不等于整体。对于"中国梦"不适当地个体化、地方化、片面经济化解读和生拉硬套,会消解掉其宏大、科学内涵。整体意义上的"中国梦"需要历史宏大叙事,它是对中国近现代史基本逻辑的新概括,是在社会主义市场经济背景下加强意识形态建设、重塑理想信念的新表述,是凝聚社会共识、形成建设中国特色社会主义历史合力的新平台,是新世纪中华民族向世界展示的体现国家发展理念的新话语。中国梦话语的理论表述体现了中国共产党对于历史与现实、经济社会发展与意识形态、多元与共识、国内与国际等几个维度的内在张力。全面、准确理解其内涵,对于广大党员干部群体乃至全社会层面坚定理想信念,增强走中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和历史自信,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴,都具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。Notwithstanding the close dialectical relationships among China Dream,individual dream and regional dream,the whole composed of parts has wider functions than the latter as the simple sum of parts is not equal to the whole.The inappropriate interpretation on China Dream in individual,regional and excessively economic sense,as well as the stretching extension,shall decompose its grand and scientific implication.In the view of the whole,China Dream needs grand narration,and it is a new summarization of the basic logic of the Chinese modern history,a new expression that reinforces ideology and rebuilds ideality in the context of socialist market economy,a new platform to forge social consensus and pool effort in building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and a set of new words reflecting the national development values of the Chinese nation to the world in the new century.The theoretical expression of China Dream manifests the multidimensional inner dialectical relationship between the theoretic and pragmatic understanding toward history and reality,socioeconomic development and ideology,pluralism and consensus,domestic and international aspects.A comprehensive and exact understanding of the China Dream is of great theoretical and practical impact on a variety of aims,including strengthening the mass belief,improving the confidence on road,theory and institution,and realizing the＂two one-hundred-years＂targets and the great rejuvenation of China.
