摘　　要：中国动画曾取得过很大的成绩,也曾一度衰落。目前,在国家大力发展文化产业的战略部署下,中国动画迎来了新的发展机遇。但体制化发展的长期积习难去,借鉴国外动画时又出现了顾此失彼、严重缺乏民族文化精神的新问题。中国动画的产业化转型需要同时面对这两方面的问题,因此显得格外艰难。Chinese animation had acquired great achievements. Also, however, declined for a time. With the national strategic deployment to promote culture industry,animation in China is meeting new development opportunity at present. But several issues arising from systematization have been existing for a long time. What’s more, leaning foreign animation for reference has generated new problems. We always attend to one thing and lose another, lacking national cultural spirit seriously. The industry transformation of Chinese animation must confront this double predicament at the same time. Therefore the transformation seems to be extremely hard.
