摘 要:制备出一种反相泡沫灭火材料,测试了其流动性、稳定性和灭火性能,探讨了灭火机理。结果表明:反相泡沫灭火材料具有固包水型结构,在71℃环境中20天和-18℃环境中30天粒径和流动性没有变化,扑灭50 cm油盘火和小型木垛火的用量与超细干粉相当。反相泡沫灭火材料能够同时发挥水的冷却、窒息作用,以及干粉的化学抑制作用,具有一定的应用前景。A reversed -phase foam fire suppressant was prepared. The fluidity, stability and fire extinguishing performance of the new fire suppressant were investigated, and the fire extinguishing mechanism was discussed. The resuits showed that the new fire suppressant had a water - in - solid structure. The particle size and fluidity of the new fire suppressant did not change at 71 ℃ for 20 days and at - 18 ℃ for 30 days. The amount of the new fire suppressant for extinguishing a 50 cm oil pan fire was comparative to that of super fine powders. The new fire suppressant had the cooling effect of water as well as the chemical inhibition of dry powders, and had a promising application in the future.
