大型城市综合体火灾预防对策探讨

摘　　要：大型城市综合体是城市空间集约化的重要建筑形式,可以有效地节约城市空间、改善市民的工作和生活环境。然而,由于大型城市综合体建筑规模和尺度巨大、功能复杂,容纳人员多、火灾隐患多,火灾防控难度非常大,一旦发生火灾,人员疏散及火灾扑救非常困难,容易造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,如何预防大型城市综合体火灾的发生,成为人们特别关注的研究课题。通过分析大型城市综合体的火灾危险性,提出了通过成立机构、完善制度、加强培训、加强巡查、落实演练等措施有效预防大型城市综合体火灾的发生。A large urban complex, which effectively saves the city space and improves people＇ s working and living environment, is an important architectural form of a city. However, it poses a big challenge for the personnel evacuation and fire fighting in the case of a fire due to the large building scale, complex functions, and a large number popularity. How to prevent a large city complex fire becomes a research subject of particular concern. This paper, through the analysis of the fire danger of a large urban complex, proposes some ways by the establishment of institutions, the improvement of the system, the training and the inspection, the implementation of the fire regulation and rules to effectively prevent a large urban complex fire.
