摘 要:采用物理共混方法,将NX8000K成核剂与助剂配合使用对等规聚丙烯(iPP)进行透明改性,利用DSC等方法考察了NX8000K成核剂对iPP的结晶行为、成核效率、光学性能、力学性能和热性能的影响,并在NX8000K成核剂适宜用量的基础上研究了助剂对iPP的雾度和弯曲强度的影响.实验结果表明,NX8000K成核剂对iPP起异相成核作用,使球晶尺寸减小且球晶数量增多;当NX8000K成核剂用量(用量均为质量份数)为0.5~0.6时,iPP成核效率即达74.6%,NX8000K成核剂用量为0.6时,iPP的光学性能、力学性能和热性能均较好.NX8000成核剂与助剂配合使用,在改性iPP过程中起协同叠加的作用.适宜的配方为:NX8000K成核剂用量0.6,卤素吸收剂DHT-4A用量0.04,分散剂TAS-2A用量0.20,m(抗氧剂1010)∶m(抗氧剂168)=1.0∶1.6.Isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was modified with nucleating agent NX8000K and other additives by physical blending method. The effects of NX8000K on the crystallization behaviors, nucleating efficiency, transparency, mechanical properties and thermal performances of iPP were investigated. The effects of the additives on the haze and flexural strength of iPP were studied. The results indicated that the morphology of the iPP grains became smaller and the spherulite quantity increased, which indicated the heterogeneous nucleation effect of NX8000K for/PP. The nucleation efficiency of iPP reached 74.6% when the NX8000K dosage was 0.5-0.6 phr. And iPP with the NX8000K dosage 0.6 phr had good transparency, mechanical properties and thermal properties. NX8000K and the additives had a cooperative effect during the nucleation of/PP. The optimum formula are: NX8000K dosage 0.6 phr, halogen absorbent (DHT-4A) dosage 0.04 phr, dispersant (TAS-2A) dosage 0.2 phr and m (antioxidant 1010) : m (antioxidant 168) 1.0 : 1.6.
