功能化杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及其对金属离子的吸附性能

摘  要:以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、丁二酸酐和马来酸酐等为原料,制备了"准"穴状结构化合物:N-羰基丙酸代杯[4]三氮杂冠-5(A1),N-羰基丙烯酸代杯[4]三氮杂冠-5(A2),N-羰基丙酸代杯[4]四氮杂冠-6(B1),N-羰基丙烯酸代杯[4]四氮杂冠-6(B2)。用固-液吸附法考察了化合物对金属离子的吸附性能。NMR,FTIR,ESI-MS等表征结果显示,A1,A2,B1,B2为具有预期结构的目标化合物。实验结果表明:A1,A2,B1,B2对Pb2+和Cd2+均具有较好的吸附性能,对金属离子的吸附率大小顺序为:Pb2+>Cd2+>Zn2+>Cu2+>Ca2+≈Mn2+≈Fe3+≈Mg2+。化合物对Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附数据符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。A1,A2,B1,B2对Cd2+的饱和吸附量分别为0.222,0.159,0.210,0.161 mmol/g;对Pb2+的饱和吸附量分别为0.672,0.609,0.632,0.576 mmol/g。N-carbonyl propionic acid-calix [4 ] triazacrown-5 (A1), N-carbonyl acrylic acid-calix [ 4 ] triazacrown-5 (A2), N-carbonyl propionic acid-calix [ 4 ] tetraazacrown-6 (B1) and N-carbonyl acrylic acid-calix [ 4 ] tetraazacrown-6 (B2) were synthesized from p-tert-butyl calix [ 4 ] arene, succinic anhydride, maleic anhydride, diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine, and were characterized by means of ^1H NMR,^13C NMR, FTIR and ESI-MS. The adsorbility of the compounds to metal ions were studied by solid-liquid adsorption. The results showed that they exhibited good adsorption selectivity to Pb^2+ and Cd^2+, and the sequence was Pb^2+〉 Cd^2+ 〉Zn^2+ 〉 Cu^2+ 〉 Ca^2+ ≈ Mn^2+ Fe^3+≈ Mg^2+. The adsorption behaviors of the compounds for Pb^2+ and Cd^2+ accorded with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm well. The saturation adsorption capacities of A1, A2, B1, B2 for Cd^2+ are 0.222, 0.159, 0.210, 0.161 mmol/g, and those for Pb^2+ were 0.672, 0.609, 0.632, 0.576 mmol/g, respectively.
