摘　　要：新型城镇化的"新"主要体现在城市化发展由重数量发展向重质量发展转变。从城乡发展一体化的角度看,新型城镇化是推进城乡发展一体化的重要支撑。理由在于新型城镇化是城乡发展一体化的有效实现路径;是城乡一体化发展的一种现实可行的选择;可为农村发展奠定良好的发展基础。正因为二者有如此重要的相关关系,因此我们就应积极推进新型城镇化建设。The ＂new＂ in the new urbanization is mainly reflected in the transformation of quantity to quality in the urbanization development. From the point of view of integration of urban and rural development, the new urbanization is an important support in promoting the integration of urban and rural development. The reasons are as follows： the new urbanization is the effective path to achieve the integration of urban and rural development; it is a practical, feasible choice, it can lay a good foundation for the development of rural development; it is the utter goal. Because of the important relationship between the two parts, we should actively promote the construction of the new urbanization.
