双有创血压监测在儿童危重症手足口病救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨双有创血压监测在指导危重症手足口患儿救治中的临床意义。方法：总结分析2010年1月~2011年12月我科29例进行双有创血压监测的危重症手足口患儿临床资料。结果：患儿均成功建立双有创血压监测回路,置管时间4~5 d,26例救治成功,无血栓栓塞、继发感染及导管脱落等并发症发生。结论：有创血压监测能准确反应危重手足口病患儿的血压状况及周围循环情况,为临床救治提供及时可靠依据,提高救治成功率,安全有效。Objective：To investigate the double invasive blood pressure monitoring on the clinical significance of critically ill children with hand - foot -mouth treatment. Methods：To analyze and summarize the clinical data of 29 patients with severe hand - foot - mouth treated with invasive blood pressure mo-nitoring from Jan. 2010 - Dec. 2011. Results：29 cases with severe hand - foot - mouth disease patients were successfully established double invasive blood pressure monitoring circuit,the indwelling time 4 - 5 days,the cure were 26 cases. There was no thrombus embolism,secondary infection and catheter loss and other complications. Conclusion：Blood pressure and peripheral circulation in children with invasive blood pressure monitoring can accurately reflect the severe hand - foot - mouth disease,to provide timely and reliable basis for clinical treatment,improve the treatment success rate,safe and effective.
