摘  要:目的:探讨应用六西格玛管理方法优化入院护理流程,提高患者满意度。方法:运用六西格玛法,通过调查分析,确定入院护理流程中的质量关键点,采取相应措施对影响等候时间的关键因素加以改进,并与改进前进行比较。结果:改进后入院患者治疗等候时间较改进前平均缩短,满意例数增加(均P<0.05)。结论:六西格玛管理方法在入院护理流程中的应用,有效地缩短了入院患者治疗等候时间,提高了患者满意度。Objective:To explore the efficacy of six sigma management for the hospital nursing process and improving patient′s satisfaction. Methods:Six sig-ma methodology was applied to identify the keypoints critical to quality in hospitalization process,to analyze the factors influencing the waiting time,and take targeted measures to modify the process,and the results were compared with before improvement. Results:The waiting time of hospitalization process was re-duced,and the rate of satisfaction was increased. Conclusion:The application of six sigma management can effectively shorten the waiting time of hospital nursing process and increase patient satisfaction.
