PDCA循环管理法在医务人员手卫生依从性中的应用

摘　　要：目的:应用计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)循环对医务人员手卫生实施全面质量管理,提高医务人员手卫生依从性。方法:将全院498名医务人员随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组分析医务人员手卫生管理现状,采用PDCA循环管理法,制定手卫生管理计划、目标,不断发现问题并解决;对照组未实施PDCA循环管理法,比较两组人员手卫生依从情况。结果:两组医务人员手卫生依从情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA管理理念和方法应用于医务人员手卫生管理中,使手卫生状况得到了持续不断的提高。Objective：Application of plan - do - check - action （PDCA） cycle for hand hygiene implementation of total quality manage - ment,to improve the medical staff hand hygiene compliance. Methods：498 medical staff were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The adoption of a continuously circulating PDCA quality management method,analyzed the current situation of hand hygiene management,make management plan,formulate the goals,constantly discover and solve the problems. The hand hygiene compliance rate observed and compared between the two groups. Results：There were statis-tically significant differences in the hand hygiene compliance rate between the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The use of PDCA management concept and methods continuously improves the hand hygiene management level.
