摘  要:高速切削加工是当今制造业发展的前沿技术,是金属切削加工的发展方向,特别是在高精度、表面结构复杂、刚度低、难加工材料等领域取得了广泛的应用。结合整体闭式钛合金叶轮结构复杂和材料难加工特点,提出了五轴高速加工,并提出了五轴高速加工工艺,对此类零件加工工艺的编制具有一定的参考价值。Nowadays, high-speed machining is a new technology in mechanical machining field, and the development direction of metal cutting. It has been widely used especially in machining materials of high-precision, complex surface structure, low stiffness, difficult to machine, and other fields. Since the overall structure of overall closed Ti-alloy impeller has complex structure and is difficult to machine, five-axis high-speed machining is proposed, and a five-axis high-speed machining technology is made, which has some guidance in the preparation of machining technology for such parts.
