摘　　要：[目的]探讨个体化护理模式在长期卧床并发呼吸道感染及尿道感染病人护理过程中的应用。[方法]将53例长期卧床并发呼吸道及尿道感染的病人随机分为观察组27例和对照组26例。观察组病人采用个性化护理模式,对照组病人采用常规护理。比较两组病人住院时间、住院费用、病人满意度及出院后1年内感染次数。[结果]两组病人住院时间、住院费用、满意度、出院后1年感染次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]个性化护理模式对长期卧床并发呼吸道感染及尿道感染病人具有干预作用,且效果良好。Objective：To probe into the application of individualized care model in nursing care of bedridden pa-tients complicated with respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection.Methods：A total of 53 cases of bedridden patients complicated with respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection were randomly divided into observation group （27 cases）and control group （26 cases）.Patients in observation group used individual-ized care model and patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the hospital stay,hospital costs and satisfaction of patients and the number of infections within 1 year after discharge.Results：there was statistically significant difference in hospital stay,hospital costs and satisfaction and the number of infections within 1 year after discharge of patients between both groups （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：individualized care model has a intervention effect for bedridden patients complicated with respiratory infections and urinary tract infec-tions,and has the good effect.
