摘　　要：[目的]对手术室专科护士进行系统化培训并评价效果,以提高专科护士的理论水平和整体素质。[方法]对79名手术室专科护士培训的护理人员采取"入学评估-集中授课-每周随班考核-结业理论考核"的培训方法,培训前后进行效果评价。[结果]护理人员培训后理论成绩明显高于培训前(P<0.01),护理人员培训前后理论知识掌握程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理人员理论考试成绩与年龄、学历、医院级别、手术室工作年限呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]应立足实际,加强偏远基层医院、低学历人员的手术室理论知识培训,在注重临床实践能力培养的同时,理论知识的更新强化不容忽视。Objective：To carry out the systematic training for operating room nurse specialist and evaluate the effect,in order to improve the theoretical level and the overall quality of specialist nurses.Methods：A total of 79 nurses receiving operating room nurses specialist training received the “Admission Assessment intensive clas-ses Weekly Suiban examination graduation examination for theory”training methods,then to evaluate the effect before and after the training.Results：After nursing training,the theoretical results of the nurses was sig-nificantly higher than that before the theoretical training （P 〈0.01 ）.There was statistically significant differ-ence in nurses’training theory knowledge mastering before and after training（P 〈0.01 ）.Nursing theory test scores was positive correlated with age,education level,hospital level,operating room work experience （P 〈0. 05）.At the same time of focusing on clinical practice ability training,to strengthen the theoretical knowledge update can not be ignored.Conclusion：We should be based on reality,strengthen the operating room theoretical knowledge training for nurses in remote and rural hospitals,and nurses with low education level,focusing on clinical practice in capacity building at the same time,strengthen the theoretical knowledge update can not be ignored.
