摘　　要：2014年,中国天然气市场发展继续保持箭头向上、稳步攀升的势头。在供应侧方面,受市场需求和价格调整的双重刺激,国内天然气产量稳定增长,LNG和管道气进口量再创历史新高,市场供需矛盾有所缓和。在基础设施建设方面,中俄进口气购销谈判终于达成协议、中亚天然气管道C线、西气东输三线西段和山东LNG进口接收站投运,中国天然气供应再添新保障。在需求侧方面,在经济增速放缓和煤炭价格下跌的影响下,非居民天然气需求出现滞涨。与此同时,国家密集出台天然气工业体制机制和价格改革政策,推进天然气市场化进程。预计2015年国内天然气供应量仍将保持增长,但增幅减缓;受国际油价大幅下跌的冲击,国内天然气出厂价格或将下调。In 2014, the development of China natural-gas market still increased steadily. From the supply side, affected by market demand and price adjustment, the natural-gas output was in a stable increase, both LNG and pipeline- gas imports also hit alltime highs, and some conflicts between supply and demand eased.From the infrastructure construction side, the negotiations between China and Russia on import gas purchase and sales reached an agreement; the Central Asian gas pipeline line C, the three line west part of West-east Gas Pipeline, and the Shandong LNG- imported receiving station were all put into operation, which might provide new guarantee for domestic natural-gas supply. From the demand side, controlled by economic slowdown and coal-price decline, non-resident natural-gas demand was at stagflation. Meanwhile, the government formulated a series of policies on natural-gas industry and price reform, which could promote the marketization process. It is expected that in 2015, the China natural-gas supply will continue to grow, but the growth rate will decrease; the international oil price will fall sharply, also resulting in domestic gas price reduction.
