摘　　要：如何进一步加强和发挥国有能源企业在我国经济、政治、社会、文化和生态文明建设中的地位和作用,值得深入思考。分析了中国特色国有能源企业的内涵、特征和地位,明晰其战略定位,阐述了其管理模式,并提出配套措施和建议,认为能源企业应深化国有资产监督管理改革,提高内部管理监管运作水平,强化全球能源战略发展布局,加强能源产业生态文明建设,发挥能源企业政治文化优势,集聚和转化企业软实力。How to work better in the construction of China economy, politics, society, culture, and ecological civilization is an important question for lots of state-owned energy enterprises. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and position of these enterprises, points out their strategic positioning, illustrates the management mode, and puts forward some measures and suggestions. It is deemed that the energy enterprises should deepen the supervision and management reform, improve the internal operation level, intensify the layout of global strategic development, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, make full use of the political and cultural advantages, and bring together and transform the soft strength.
