摘  要:提出了氟碳铈精矿钙化转型预处理-酸浸提取稀土的新思路.首先采用高压DSC技术考察了钙化转型渣酸浸动力学,结果表明:钙化转型渣浸出30℃室温条件下即可进行,反应的表观活化能为0.014 k J/mol、反应级数为0.11.然后系统研究了盐酸浓度、酸浸温度、酸浸时间、液固比等对浸出效果的影响,钙化转型渣合适的酸浸条件为:酸浸温度80℃,盐酸浓度1 mol·L-1,酸浸时间30 min,液固比15∶1.The new technology of bastnaesite in calcification transition decomposition-acid leaching to extract rare earth was proposed. The pressurized DSC was used to investigate the kinetics of calcification transition slag in acid leaching. The leaching effects of leaching temperature, acid concentration, leaching time, liquid to solid ratio were studied. The results showed that the acid leaching reaction of calcification transition slag can take place at room temperature of 30 ℃, and the apparent activation energy and reaction order are 0. 014 kJ/mol and 0. 11, respectively. The appropriate strengthening acid leaching conditions are the leaching temperature of 80 ℃, the concentration of hydrochloric acid of 1 mol· L^- 1 , the leaching time of 30 min and the liquid-solid ratio of 15: 1.
