摘  要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融反应挤出技术制备了马来酸酐(MAH)接枝热塑性聚醚酯弹性体(TPEE)嵌段共聚物。分别通过酸碱滴定法和熔融指数仪研究了DCP用量、MAH用量、反应温度、螺杆转速对接枝产物TPEE-g-MAH的接枝率及熔体质量流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明,随DCP用量的增加,接枝产物的接枝率减小,而熔体流动速率先增大后减小;增加MAH用量、提高挤出温度或螺杆转速均有利于提高接枝产物的接枝率。与直接将TPEE与聚乳酸(PLA)熔融共混相比,TPEE-g-MAH与PLA熔融挤出样条连续顺畅,表明TPEE接枝MAH后与PLA的相容性得到改善。Maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer (TPEE) was prepared via melt reactive extrusion method with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as an initiator. The effects of DCP and MAH content, reaction temperature and screw speed of reactive extruder on the graft ratio and melt flow rate (MFR) of TPEE-g-MAH were determined by acid-base titration and a melt flow indexer, respectively. The results showed that graft ratio of MAH decreased with increasing DCP content while MFR first increased and then decreased. Meanwhile, the graft ratio increased with increasing of MAH content, reaction temperature and screw speed of reactive extruder. The extrusion sample strands and process of PLA/TPEE-g- MAH blends prepared by melt extrusion method were continuous and smooth compared with PLA/TPEE blends, which indicated an improved compatibility of TPEE and PLA after MAH was grafted onto TPEE baekhone_
