摘 要:采用乳液聚合法制备苯乙烯接枝纤维素材料(PSt-g-CW),并将其用于增强低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制备LDPE/PSt-g-CW复合材料,考察了PSt-g-CW对复合材料力学性能、结晶性能和热变形温度的影响。结果表明,复合材料的拉伸强度随PSt-g-CW含量的增加而增大,但冲击强度提高有限,在PSt-g-CW含量为1%时达到最大。XRD结果显示在PSt-g-CW含量为0.5%时,复合材料的结晶最明显;由DSC结果可知复合材料的结晶温度有所提高,结晶速度加快。采用TG研究材料的热稳定性能表明PSt-g-CW的加入能促进结晶,使复合材料结构致密,提高热稳定性。The styrene grafted cellulose whiskers (PSt-g-CW) material was firstly prepared by emulsion polymerization, which was then used to reinforce low-density polythene (LDPE) to prepare LDPE/PSt-g-CW composites. And the effect of PSt-g-CW on mechanical, crystallization and thermal properties of the composite was discussed. The results showed that the tensile strength of the composite increased with the increase of PSt-g-CW content, and impact strength has the limited highest value when PSt-g-CW content was 1%. XRD result indicated that the crystallization of the composite was the most obvious when PSt-g-CW content was 0. 5%. DSC results indicated that crystallization temperature of the composite raised and crystallization rate increased. Results of TG for studying the thermal stability of the composite showed that the addition of PSt-g-CW could promote the crystallization of the composites, make the composite structure compact, and improve the thermal stability.
