摘 要:以汽车后保险杠翘曲变形量为优化目标,模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压时间、保压压力为优化变量,根据BBD响应曲面法设计原理建立了翘曲变形量与5个因素之间的预测回归模型,结合方差分析技术检验了该预测模型的拟合度及各工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响。结果发现,各参数对翘曲变形量的影响不是线性关系,有极强的非线性耦合作用。在5个因素中模具温度和熔体温度对翘曲变形量的影响是极显著的,其次是保压压力、保压时间、注射时间。此研究结果为汽车后保险杠的注射成型工艺参数选取提供了方法和途径。Taking the amount of warpage of the automobile rear bumper as the optimization goal, and mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, packing time and packing pressure as the optimization variables, the prediction regression model among the warpage and the five factors was established according to the design principle of BBD response surface methodology. And the technique of variance analysis was applied to check the fitting degree of the predictiom model and effects of various process parameters on the amount of warpage. The results showed that the effect of various parameters on the amount of warpage was not a linear relationship, but was a strong nonlinear coupling. The mold temperature and the melt temperature among the five factors impacted significantly on the amout of warpage, followed by the packing pressure, the packing time and the injection time. The results provided the method and way for selecting process parameters in iniection moldin~ of automobile rear bumper.
