摘  要:运用CFD分析软件Polyflow对叶片挤出机中一个叶片单元的流场分布进行数值模拟。通过流场分析得到叶片单元中叶片及转子受到的扭矩,并利用扭矩与转动功率关系式得到叶片单元熔体输送过程的转动能耗。在此基础上,通过改变转子转速研究了转子转速对叶片挤出机扭矩及能耗的影响。CFD analysis software Polyflow was used to perform the numerical simulation of the distribution of flow field in a vane unit of a vane extruder. Based on the results of numerical simulation, the torques acting on vanes and rotor in the vane unit were calculated, and the energy consumption of rotation of meh conveying process in the vane unit was calculated with the formula with the power and torque. On this basis, the effects of the rotational speed on torque and energy consumption of the vane unit were studied by modifying the rotational speed.
