摘 要:针对传统的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)鞋模加工时间长,精度低的问题,提出用拍照式扫描技术对复模制造出来的模具粗坯复杂的鞋底图案进行扫描,再进行数控加工的方案。拍照式扫描仪的数据采集效率最高,精度也可以满足模具粗胚的数控加工。经实验验证,该方法可以提高模具生产的精度、缩短加工时间,拍照式扫描技术解决了多道工艺后毛坯余量的检验问题,为高精度加工提供了工艺数据。最后,研究了该技术在模具质量检测等方面的应用。For the long processing time and lower precision ot tradlhonal etlaytene-vmyl acetate copolymer (EVA) shoes mold, the scheme that the complex buttom pattern on die blank was scanned using photo scanning technology followed by numerical control machining was proposed. The photo scanner had the highest data collection efficiency and the precision satisfying the die blank of numerical control machining. The experiment verified that this method could improve the precision of mold production and shorten processing time. And the photo scanning technology solved the problom of blank allowance detection after multichannel process, offering process data for high precision machining. Finally, the application of this technology in the mold quality detection was studied.
