摘  要:采用乳液聚合法制备了核壳结构丙烯酸酯增韧剂(ACR),利用Haake密炼机将不同用量的聚苯乙烯(PS)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)/ACR共混制备了超韧PVC,采用动态热机械分析、旋转流变仪和扫描电镜等方法研究了PS用量对PVC/ACR共混体系力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明,随着PS的用量增加到6 phr,共混物的平衡扭矩由17.6 N·m减小到13.6 N·m,加工性能变好;共混物熔体为假塑性流体,随PS用量的增加熔体黏度先增加后减小,当PS用量为6 phr时,PVC共混物出现了黏滑转变,此时冲击强度为950 J/m,较不含PS体系的略有下降,但仍为韧性断裂;扫描电镜照片表明ACR粒子在PVC基体中分散均匀。A type of core-shell rubber toughening agent (ACR) was synthesized by emulsionpolymerization method, and different contents of polystyrene (PS) were mixed with poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC)/ACR by Haake mixer. The effect of PS content on mechanical and rheological properties of the PVC/ACR/PS blends were determined by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the equilibrium torque of the blends decreased from 17.6 N·mto 13.6 N· m with increasing PS content so that the processing performance became better. The melt viscosity firstly increased then decreased with increasing PS content. A stick-slip transition occurs when PS content was 6 phr; at this time the impact strength was 950 J/m, which was lower than PVC/ACR blends, but it still exhibited ductile fracture. Stereoscan photographs showed that ACR particles were well dispersed in the PVC matrix.
