摘  要:选用甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)为单体,采用溶液自由基共聚法合成丙烯酸酯ACR扩链增韧剂(GMA-MMA-BA和GMA-IBOMABA),并对回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r PET)瓶片进行改性。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、转矩流变仪和缺口冲击试验对复合材料的结构和性能进行了表征。考察了ACR扩链增韧剂单体配比及用量对r PET加工性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,r PET/ACR共混材料的加工性能、冲击强度都有了明显的提高。Isoborny methylacrylate (IBOMA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers were selected to synthesis toughening and chain-extending acrylate agent (GMA-MMA-BA and GMA-IBOMA-BA) by solution free radical copolymerization, which was used to modify recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) bottle chips. The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), torque rheometer and notch impact test. And the effect of monomer ratio and dosage of the ACR toughening chain acrylate on the processing performance and impact strength of rPET were investigated. The result showed that the processing performance and impact strength of the PET/ACR blending material was significantly improved.
