摘 要:研究了加入硫酸钙晶须对以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)为基体的动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)性能的影响。通过SEM和X射线能谱(EDS)分析研究了TPV的微观结构,并用Instron万能材料实验机等研究了其力学性能。结果表明,硫酸钙晶须的加入,可使复合材料的拉伸强度最大提高20%,断裂伸长率最高提升38%,压缩永久变形可改善19.8%以上,而且对复合材料的硬度影响幅度不大。经KH-550处理后的硫酸钙晶须与不处理的相比,处理能有效改善晶须与树脂基体间的亲和程度,可使晶须与基体之间形成了较好的界面包覆。晶须质量分数在4.6%左右时可得到综合性能较好的TPV复合材料。The influence of the adding calcium sulfate whisker (CSW) on the properties of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic vulcanizate ( TPV ) with ethylene-propylene-diene monomer ( EPDM ) rubber/ polypropylene (PP) as the matrix. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectra (EDS) were used to observe the microstructure of TPV. Also, mechanical properties of TPV were tested by an Instron universal test machine. Results showed that, with the adding CSW, the tensile strength of TPV increased up to 20%, the elogation at break increased up to 38% and the compressive set improved over 19.8%. Meanwhile, materials hardness were barely affected. Compared with the untreated CSW, the CSW treated by KH-550 improved the interface affinity between CSW and the resin matrix, leading to a suitable enfolding structure between them. It was determined that CSW with mass fraction of 4. 6% led to the TPV composite with good comprehensive properties.
