打造“丝绸之路经济带”黄金段的战略思考——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：随国家新"丝绸之路经济带"战略的提出与新一轮"向西开放"的不断推进,甘肃适时提出打造"丝绸之路经济带"黄金段,积极融入"丝绸之路经济带"建设,推动自身跨越式发展。本文在充分考虑"丝绸之路经济带"黄金段建设背景和总体战略定位的基础上,进一步明确甘肃省的功能定位与产业定位,并按照甘肃省整体发展战略提出"丝绸之路经济带"黄金段,建设"两圈一带一片区"的空间布局战略构想。The raise of the New Silk Road Economy Development Zone and the advance of Westward Opening Strategy provide Gansu Province with the opportunity to integrate into the project as the ＂golden part＂ so that to realize a leapfrog development. Located at the center of the zone, Gansu Province enjoys rich cultural resources, a long history and the foundation of cooperation with central and western Asia in economy and trade. Based on the overall strategy of ＂building Gansu golden part＂, this paper clarifies the role Gansu should play and the industries it should develop into a further step. Moreover, this paper also raises the space arrangement of ＂two circles, one belt and one area＂ of Gansu Province according to the overall development strategy of the province, in order to make Gansu the golden part of the New Silk Road Economy Development Zone better.
