摘　　要：民生问题是人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,是政府必须面对的重大经济、政治、社会问题。通过调查了解新疆各族群众对民生问题的反映,有助于把群众诉求与民生问题解决紧密结合起来,从而推动新疆民生的改善。The livelihood issue is mostly and directly concerned by the public, and that is also most practically related with benefit. It is also the economical, political and social problem which should be faced by government. To reflect the masses livelihood of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang through investigation, which is useful to combine livelihood issue with the masses demands so as to improve the livelihood of the people in Xinjiang.
