摘　　要：本文介绍了新疆八钢南疆钢铁公司利用430m2烧结机生产酸性烧结矿的实践过程。在高炉炉料结构中适当配加酸性烧结矿,有利于降低高价球团矿的使用比例,在不影响炼铁生产正常进行的同时,达到降本增效目的。This text introduced that Southern Xinjiang Baicheng Co .Ltd., Xinjiang Bagang has made use of a 430 m2 sintering machine to produce that acid sinter .Adding acid sinter in the blast furnace charging structure is better to decrease the proportion of the costly ball regiment mineral , and the pur-pose of lowering the cost and increasing the benefit has been achieved without affecting the normal production of the blast at the same time .
