摘　　要：本文通过跟踪生产试验分析,从微观组织结构入手,论述了45#钢水平连铸坯内部缺陷对管子质量的影响,针对内在质量问题成因进行了分析,提出了控制措施。This article through the tracking production test analysis , from the microstructure of 45 #steel is discussed horizontal continuous casting billet internal defects on the quality of the pipe , analy-ses the reasons for internal quality problem , control measures are put forward .
