摘　　要：针对省级"新一代国内气象通信系统"对部分特殊上行资料不能直接接入,须在省级进行前置处理,开发了湖北省气象信息监控平台(MIMP)。本文主要介绍了MIMP系统的实现技术,GPS/MET、闪电、区域站资料、自动土壤水分等上行资料的处理技术和传输流程。MIMP弥补了省级"新一代国内气象通信系统"在资料接入方面的不足。目前MIMP已成为湖北省省级中心信息传输业务不可或缺的部分。Concerning the problem that some special uplink data cannot directly access the provincial-level new generation meteorological communication system, the Meteorological Information Monitoring Platform （MIMP） of Hubei Province is developed. The implementation technology of the MIMP system and the uplink data processing and transmission process of GPS/MET, lightning, regional stations, and automatic soil moisture are introduced. The MIMP makes up the deficiency of the provincial-level new generation meteorological communication systems and has become an indispensable part of the provincial center of information transmission in Hubei.
