成批伤员救治时支援护士救护能力的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探索成批伤员救治时支援护士救护能力的现状,为制定支援护士的培训方法提供依据。方法 2010年11月至2013年12月,采用目的抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等医院曾参与支援成批伤员救治的14名护士为研究对象,运用现象学研究方法,对其进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi的7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理与分析,提炼主题。结果访谈资料提炼出与支援护士救护能力相关的3个主题:支援工作期间存在陌生感、焦虑感;专业知识欠缺;职业认同感较高。结论救治成批伤员时,支援护士的救护能力受到多种因素的影响,应制定系统性、针对性的培训计划,其中预先培养支援护士的储备力量、客观评估救护工作量,是提高成批伤员救治时支援护士救护能力的关键。Objective To explore the nursing ability of supported nurses in massive severe patients in order to provide the scientific evidence for setting training strategy of nurses.Methods Purposive sampling was used to select nurses once participating in massive severe patients care.By using phenomenological meth-od,the semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted on 1 4 supported nurses individually.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi to extract the theme.Results Three themes were conclude：strangeness and anxious-ness,lacking of profession knowledge and higher nursing professional identity.Conclusion There are mul-tiple factors could influence the supported nurses nursing ability in rescue massive severe patients.Drawing up systematic and specific training plans,training support nurses in advance,obj ectively assessing nursing workload are the key to improve the nursing ability.
