摘　　要：目的探讨口腔黏膜代尿道治疗尿道下裂患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2009年5月至2012年12月在第二军医大学长海医院行口腔黏膜代尿道治疗尿道下裂的32例患者的临床资料。结果 32例患者术后伤口均为Ⅰ期愈合。术后回访有1例患者术后1个月出现尿道狭窄,于门诊行尿道扩张治疗,2个月后尿线变粗;其余患者均尿道通畅,尿线粗,无分叉及狭窄发生。结论积极有效的围术期护理有利于减轻患者自卑、孤独的心理,减少术后并发症的发生,是促进患者术后康复的重要保证。Objective To discuss the methods of preoperative nursing care of hypospadias patients underg-one buccal mucosa graft surgery.Methods Clinical data of 32 hypospadias patients undergone buccal muco-sa graft surgery between May 2009 to December 2012 in Changhai Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital.1 patient had urethral stricture in 1 month after surgery and the symptoms were alleviated after urethral dilation 2 months later.Conclusion 〈br〉 The effective preoperative nursing is feasible in relieving inferiority complex of the patients and reducing complications after surgery.It is also essential to improve patients’satisfaction and nursing quality.
