摘　　要：目的探讨0.5%聚维酮碘联合0.5%甲硝唑预防Miles术后切口感染的效果。方法 2012年1月至2013年1月在空军总医院行Miles术的患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别用0.5%聚维酮碘联合0.5%甲硝唑冲洗液和生理盐水冲洗腹腔和手术切口,观察并比较两组患者的术后切口愈合及感染发生情况。结果观察组患者切口愈合情况优于对照组,感染的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 0.5%聚维酮碘联合0.5%甲硝唑冲洗液能有效预防Miles术后切口感染,促进切口愈合。Objective To discuss the effect of 0.5% povidone-iodine combined 0.5% metronidazole in pre-venting incision infection after Miles surgery.Methods 100 cases of Miles patients were equally divided in-to control group and observation group.0.5% povidone-iodine combined 0.5% metronidazole and normal saline to clean were ased the enterocoelia and surgery incision in control group and observation group.Inci-sion healing of two groups after operation was observed.Results The incision healing was better in the ob-servation group than which in control group,and the incidence of wound infection was lower than control group （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion 0.5% povidone-iodine combined 0.5% metronidazole can effectively pre-vent incision infection after Miles surgery,and promote the recovery.
