军地合作紧密型托管模式促进县级公立医院护理管理改革与成效

摘　　要：目的探索军队医院托管县级公立医院护理管理改革的成效。方法 2012年2月,第二军医大学长海医院与浙江省海宁市人民医院签订托管协议,建立军队医院与县级公立医院的紧密型托管关系,军队医院委派护理管理专家长驻托管医院进行护理管理改革。结果托管后,海宁市人民医院的护理质量及社会满意度明显提升,护理专业人才快速成长,护理队伍竞争力明显增强。结论军地合作紧密型托管模式深化了县级公立医院改革,提升了护理管理水平及服务能力,推进了县级医院优质护理服务工作。Objective To explore the effectiveness of reform on nursing management of county-level public hospital managed by military hospital.Methods The military hospital designates nursing management ex-perts to work permanently in the managed hospital to implement nursing management reform.Results After the trusteeship,the county-level public hospital presented a significant improvement in overall service capability,nursing quality and public satisfaction and an obvious enhancement in competitiveness of the nursing team.Conclusion The close-cooperation trusteeship model has deepened the reform of county-level public hospital,improved the nursing management and service capability,and boosted the development of excellent nursing in county-level public hospital.
