摘　　要：目的探讨军队疗养院护士紧急救护技能培训的方法及其效果。方法按照随机数字表法将南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院的36名护士分为9组,每组4名,以疗养院快速反应7个抢救预案为模块对其进行培训,比较培训前后36名护士的基本理论、操作技能和情景模拟考核成绩,了解护士对培训效果的评价。结果培训后护士的基本理论、操作技能及情景模拟考核成绩均较培训前提高(P<0.01),护士认为通过培训提高了临床思维能力。结论情景模拟与案例相结合的训练方法有助于较快提高疗养院护士紧急救护能力。Objective To evaluate the methods and effect of emergency rescue skill training on nurses from military sanatorium.Methods Totally 3 6 nurses were divided into 9 groups with 4 in each group.Seven warning programs of rapid responses were formulated as a group training mode.The examination achieve-ments of knowledge,operating skills,and situation simulated exams before and after training were com-pared,and also understand nurses’satisfaction level towards training.Results Scores of nursing knowl-edge,skills and situation simulated exams were improved after training（P〈0.01）.The nurses thought that their clinical clinic thinking ability has been improved after training.Conclusion The combination of situa-tion simulated training with cases in modularization has improved clinic emergence rescue ability of nurses in military sanatorium.
