摘 要:采用Auto CAD软件建立反应炉的物理模型,将其导入ANSYS Workbench后对几何模型进行网格划分,再采用CFX模块的K-Epsilon模型模拟湍流流动、涡耗散模型模拟燃烧反应过程、离散传输模型模拟辐射传热等数值模拟技术,得到了炉内煤粉燃烧后的CO2、H20、NO等产物浓度场及温度场和燃烧辐射强度。模拟结果表明:炉内完全燃烧火焰形状为沿中心轴线方向传播且轮廓明显、炉内流动在两侧呈现较强的回流、中心形成射流,该技术为研究炉内流动与反应过程提供了新方法。The physical model of reacting furnace that built by Auto CAD software was introduced into ANSYS Workbench . Then, the geometric model was meshed .At last, the turbulent flow, combustion reaction process and radiation heat transfer was simulated by different model .The concentration field , temperature field and combustion radiation intensity of CO 2 , H2 O, NO that produced by pulverized coal combustion were obtained .The results show that the complete combustion flame profile diffuses along central axis with clear contour , and the flow in furnace appears strong reflux in both sides and jet flow in center.Numerical simulation technique provides new method for the study of flow and reaction process in furnace .
