燕子山矿液压防爆提升机盘形闸的改进与应用

摘　　要：介绍了大同煤矿集团燕子山矿石炭系液压提升机盘形闸在使用及定期检修中出现的问题,直接影响了提升机的正常、高效使用。为此,该矿对盘形制动器进行了改进,如重新设计制造盘形闸专用紧固装置方便拆装,对连接轴薄弱受力处重新设计结构以增强其抗拉强度,为了方便Y形密封的安装为活塞加工倒角等。改进后,盘形闸检修过程比改造前少用6 h,盘形闸连接轴的使用寿命较原设备寿命延长约2-3倍,并且再也没有发生过盘形闸突然打不开现象,提高了提升机闸板制动的灵活性和设备的开机率,确保了暗斜井提升的安全性,节约了设备使用成本,减轻了检修人员的劳动强度。Introduces hydraulic hoist disk brake existed the problems in use and maintain in the Datong coal mine group Yanzishan mine carboniferous,which directly affects the efficient use of lifting machine.Therefor,the disc brake in coal mine was improved,such as redesigns and made the disc brake for special fastening device convenient dismounting,and redesigns the structure of weak stress at the connection shaft to increase its tensile strength,in order to facilitate the installation of the y -shaped sealing for the piston machining chamfering.By Improving,the process of disc brake maintenance than less with 6 h before modification,and to extend the service life of disc brake the connect-ing shaft about 2 ~3 times than the original equipment,and has never happened in the disc brake suddenly can＆#39;t open phenomenon,to increase the flexibility of the hoisting machine disc braking and the open probability of equip-ment,ensure the security of the dark inclined,save the cost of the equipment used,reduce the labor intensity of the maintenance staff.
