摘  要:以LGJ240/40钢芯铝绞线为例,利用ANSYS软件建立数学模型,分别考虑不同季节的日照强度和国标规定值1 000 W/m2,仿真得出一定载流量下的导线温度,并采用摩尔根公式求解相同条件下的导线温度,以摩尔根公式计算结果为准进行误差分析。由误差分析可知,日照强度对ANSYS仿真结果的影响不大,而误差与复合散热系数及载流量大小呈线性关系,由此,利用Matlab进行多元线性回归分析法提出修正因数,使得ANSYS仿真结果更精确。ANSYS software is adopted to establish a mathematical model.The unit volume heat release of conduc-tors can be calculated under different seasonal illumination intensities and national standard values (1 000W/m^2 ) . The simulation analysis is illustrated with an example of LGJ240/40.Using the conductor parameters from the sim-ulation.Morgan formula calculation results are used to solve conductor temperatures and analysis errors.It has been proved that the effect of illumination intensity is limited on the simulation results from the analysis of errors. The error has linear relation to combined heat release coefficient and the current capacity.According to the influen-cing factors, a correction factor is obtained by using Matlab multiple linear regression analysis to get more accurate simulation calculation results.
