摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕前体质量指数（BMI）对孕妇分娩的影响.方法 选取我院2010年2月～2013年3月收治的76例妊娠期糖尿痛孕妇,根据孕妇的BMI将其分为正常组、肥胖组、超重组和过低组,观察四组孕妇的分娩方式和新生儿体重.结果 肥胖组的剖宫产率、巨大儿率、低体重儿率均高于对其他三组,同时超低组的顺产率均高于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕前BMI超过25以上,可增加巨大儿和剖宫产的发生率。Objective To study the influence of body mass index （BMI） of gestational diabetes pregnant women on the mode of delivery and neonatal weight. Methods 76 gestational diabetes pregnant women were divided into four groups according to the BMI of pregnant women, including normal group, obesity group, overweight group and the low group, The delivery mode and neonatal weight were observed. Results The rates of cesarean section, maerosomia and low birth weight in obesity group were higher than that of the other three groups. The eutocia rate of the low group was significant higher than that of the other three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preconception BMI of gestational dia- betes pregnant women exceeds 25 can increase the incidence of macrosomia and cesarean delivery.
