他克莫司软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估他克莫司软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效。方法将120例特应性皮炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组予他克莫司软膏联合除湿止痒软膏,对照组予除湿止痒软膏,疗程均为14d。对两组治疗前及治疗后皮疹面积及严重度即疗效指数进行对比分析,比较两组治疗有效率。结果治疗组有效率(78.33%)高于对照组(58.33%),2组比较有显著性差异(χ2=5.523,P<0.05),两组均无系统性不良反应。结论他克莫司软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗特异性皮炎优于单用除湿止痒软膏。Ojective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with dehumidification itch- ing ointment in treating children with atopic dermatitis. Methods 120 children with atopic dermatitis were divided into 2 groups randomly, including theraoy group （60 cases） treated with tacrolimus ointment combined with dehumidification itching ointment and control group （60 cases） treated with dehumidification itching ointment only lasting 14 days. The ef- fective rate of theraoy group and control group were compared with analyzing the differance in therapy index of AD in the size and severity of skin rash. Results The efficacy rate of therapy group and control group were 78.33% and 58.33% respectively. There difference between the two groups was statistically signficant（χ2= 5. 523, P〈0.05）. There was no systematic adverse drug reaction in each group. Conclusion It is more effective to treat children with tacrolimus ointment combined with dehumidification itching ointment than dehumidification itching ointment only.
