摘　　要：目的：探讨乙醛脱氢酶2（ALDH2）基因多态性与原发性高血压（essentia1 hypertension，EH）患者动脉硬化的关系。方法按臂踝脉搏传导速度（brachial ankle pulse wave velocity ，baPWV）将四川省内的300例汉族EH患者分为动脉硬化组（214例）和非动脉硬化组（86例），采用DNA微阵列芯片法检测比较两组ALDH2基因的多态性分布，并进行多因素的Lo－gistic回归分析。结果两组基因型分布均符合Hardy－Weinberg 平衡。与非动脉硬化组相比，动脉硬化组ALDH2基因AA／AG基因型和A等位基因频率明显增加，差异有统计学意义（分别为61．2％vs 38．4％和34．6％vs 20．9％，P＜0．05）。 Logistic回归分析显示，在调整了年龄、性别、体重指数、吸烟、饮酒、收缩压、舒张压、血脂等传统危险因素后，ALDH2基因多态性与EH患者动脉硬化相关（ OR ＝0．399，95％CI：0．327～1．245，P ＝0．038）。结论四川省内汉族人群ALDH2基因多态性与EH患者动脉硬化相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between arteriosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension （ EH） and aldehyde dehydrogenase 2（ALDH2）gene polymorphism.Methods Three hundred EH patients of Han population in Sichuan ,China were divided into atherosclerosis group（n =214）and non arteriosclerosis group（n =86）according to brachial ankle pulse wave veloci-ty（baPWV）.The ALDH2 gene polymorphism distribution was compared between the two groups by using a DNA micro -array chip,and analyzed by using the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis .Results The genotype distributions of the two groups were in accord-ance with Hardy-Weinberg balance .Compared with the non arteriosclerosis group ,the frequencies of AA/AG genotypes and A allele of ALDH2 gene were apparently increased in the atherosclerosis group （61.2% vs 38.4% and 34.6% vs 20.9%,respectively;all P＜0.05 ） .The Logistic regression analysis revealed that ALDH 2 gene polymorphism was correlated with arteriosclerosis in addition to tra-ditional risk factors such as age ,gender,smoking,alcohol consumption,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood lipids？ as well as other factors （ OR =0.399 ,95%CI：0.327～1.245 ,P =0.038 ） .Conclusion The ALDH2 gene polymorphism is associated with arteriosclerosis in EH patients of Han population in Sichuan ,Provincial.
