可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨小头骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨小头骨折的临床疗效。方法2010年1月至2012年10月四川省人民医院骨科收治的肱骨小头骨折患者14例，均为新鲜骨折，按Bryan和Morrey提出的分类方法，I型10例，IV型4例，手术均采用可吸收螺钉治疗。结果14例患者术后切口均I期愈合，均获得随访时间15～48月，平均26月。骨折愈合时间6～12周，平均8．4周；无血管、神经症状发生，无肘关节不稳、创伤性关节炎、肱骨小头缺血坏死等并发症。 Broberg－Morrey评分优8例、良4例、可1例、差1例。结论可吸收螺钉能够有效固定肱骨小头骨折，促进骨折愈合，避免二次取出手术，疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of capitellum fracture with absorbable screw .Meth-ods From January 2010 to October 2012 ,14 patients with capitellum fresh fracture were treated by ORIF with absorbable screws .The fractures were divided into type I （n =10） and type IV（n =4） according to the classification method suggested by Bryan and Morrey . Results Incisions of all 14 cases were healed by primary intention .All patients were followed up for 15 ～48 months （ average 26 months）.The X-ray photographs showed that fracture healing was achieved at 6～12 weeks with an average of 8.4 weeks.There were no postoperative complications such as nerves and blood vessels injury ,elbow instability ,traumatic arthritis and vascular necrosis of capitel-lum.According to the Broberg-Morrey’s evaluation methods ,the results were classified as excellent in 8 cases,good in 4,fair in 1 and poor in 1.Conclusion Absorbable screw can effectively fixed capitellum fracture and be favorable fracture healing ,as well as avoid secondary operation .The clinical efficacy is satisfactory .
