宫腔异物钳与取环钩取环的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较宫腔异物钳与取环钩在宫内节育器取出术中的应用效果。方法将525例患者按照随机数字表法分成研究组(263例)和对照组(262例)。研究组采用宫腔异物钳取出宫内节育器,对照组采用传统取环钩取出宫内节育器,比较两组取环时间、术中出血量、取器顺利程度和成功率。结果研究组取器时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组,取环顺利率和成功率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫内节育器取出术中采用宫腔异物钳,可降低取器难度,减少手术创伤,缩短手术时间,提高取器成功率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness between uterine foreign body forceps and traditional hook in re -moval of IUD .Methods Five hundred and twenty-five women who required an IUD removal surgery were randomly divided into experi -mental group （ n =263 ） and control group （ n =262 ） .In the experimental group the IUD was removed by using foreign body forceps while traditional hook was used in the control group .The time of IUD removal,blood loss,operation smooth degree and removal success rate were compared between the two groups .Results The time of IUD removal and blood loss in the experimental group were signifi-cantly less than that in the control group （ P ＜0.05 ） .The operation smooth degree and removal success rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group （ P＜0.05 ） .Conclusion During the removal of IDU ,foreign body forceps can decrease the operation difficulty ,reduce the operation trauma ,shorten the operation time and increase the success rate .It is worthy of clinical use .
