囊内注射曲安耐德与切开引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较耳廓假性囊肿患者采用曲安耐德治疗与切开引流治疗的临床疗效。方法 100例耳廓假性囊肿患者按照随机抽签法分为试验组与对照组各50例。试验组采用耳廓注射曲安耐德治疗;对照组采用常规耳廓切开引流治疗,对比两组临床疗效与患者满意度。结果试验组总有效率为94.0%,治疗满意度为98.0%;对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗满意度为84.0%。试验组总有效率以及治疗满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安耐德囊内注射加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效确切,相较于传统的穿刺切开引流更便捷,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between intracapsular injection of triamcinolone acetonide and incision drainage in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst .Methods One hundred patients with auricle pseudocyst were randomly divided into ex-perimental and control groups ,50 in each group .Patients in the experimental group were treated with intracapsular injection of triamcin-olone acetonide while patients in the control group were treated with auricular incision drainage .The clinical efficacy and patient ’s satis-faction were compared between the two groups .Results The total efficiency of experimental group was 94%and treatment satisfaction was 98%.While the total efficiency of control group was 80%and treatment satisfaction was 84%.The differences in the total efficien-cy and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The intracapsular injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with pressurized bandaging therapy has an excellent effect in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst . Compared to incision drainage therapy ,it is more convenient and has more patients ’satisfaction.It is worthy for clinical application .
