摘　　要：明确产业转移的制度变迁效应、把握新一轮产业转移规律,是各级市场主体根据自身特点制定科学决策的依据。文章从新制度经济学的视角,探讨了产业转移制度变迁效应的形成机理,在此基础上,设定了直接针对产业转移的变量,然后运用安徽与湖南的数据,从不同的层面对产业转移制度变迁效应进行了实证检验并对安徽、湖南两省的差异进行了分析。To make a scientific policy according to their own characteristics, market entity at all levels need to understand the institutional change effect on the industrial transfer and predict the trend of the new industrial transfer. This paper probes into the formation mechanism of institutional change effect on industrial transfer by adopting the perspective of the neo-institutional economics. Based on this, the paper constructs direct variables for industrial transfer, verifies, from different aspects, the institutional change effects on the industrial transfer based on the data collected from Anhui and Hunan province and make an analysis of their differences.
