摘　　要：目的:综述我国目前超说明书用药的现状,为我国超说明书用药的规范制定提供参考。方法:通过文献综述,分析超说明书用药形成的原因,并对超说明书用药的管理提出对策和建议。结果和结论:超说明书用药在临床治疗中广泛存在,应加强超说明书用药管理,通过建立有效的医患沟通机制,加强临床药师监督指导作用等措施,减少不合理用药,尽快推动超说明书用药立法。Objective：To review the current situation of China＆#39;s off-label use of drugs so as to provide references for management off-label use of drugs.Methods：Analysis the causes of off-label use of drugs by manual literature review,and put forward the countermeas-ures and suggestions over specification.Results and Conclusion：Off-label use of drugs widespread in clinical treatment currently,medi-cation management should be strengthened over the instructions,effective physician-patient communication mechanism should be establish-ment,strengthen the supervision and guidance by clinical pharmacists and other measures to reduce irrational drug use,promote off-label drug use legislation as soon as possible.
