摘 要:目的:通过传统方法和现代技术对全国28省31批白芷饮片进行质量评价。方法:通过传统的性状描述方法,对白芷饮片的色泽、气味进行描述。采用现代的高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)建立白芷饮片的指纹图谱的分析方法,同时测定欧前胡素的含量。采用现代的近红外光谱(NIR)技术,结合OPUS/INDENT定性分析软件Ward’s Algorithm法对饮片进行聚类分析。结果:湖北饮片、江西饮片比其他29批饮片的色泽更深,气味更芳香,欧前胡素含量最高。湖北、江西饮片的HPLC指纹图谱相似度数值比其他29批饮片的低,NIR法将饮片聚为两类,其中湖北、江西饮片聚为一类。结论:白芷饮片的传统与现代评价结果具有一致性。Objective: To evaluate the quality of 31 batches of decoction pieces of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi) from 28 provinces based on traditional and modem methods. Methods: The decoction pieces were described by their color, smell and near-infrared (NIR) spectrometry. The fingerprints of decoction pieces and the contents of imperatorin were obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The decoction pieces were classified by near-infrared (NIP,) method combined with Ward's Algorithm method. Results: Two batches of decoction pieces from Hubei and Jiangxi provinces were deeper in color and more aromatic in smell than the other 29 batches. The content of imperatorin of similarity values were higher than the other 29 batches of decoction pieces. The similarity values of Hubei decoction pieces and Jiangxi decoction pieces were lower than the other 29 batches of decoction pieces. The Baizhi decoction pieces were assembled into two groups, and the decoction pieces from Hubei and Jiangxi provinces were assembled as one group. Conclusion: The results of traditional evaluation and modem evaluation of Baizhi decoction pieces are basically same.
