基于数据挖掘的心悸伴失眠方证对应中成药用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准——中药成方制剂》(以下简称《中药成方制剂》)治疗心悸伴失眠各证型中成药的证治组方规律,为基于病证结合方证对应的心悸伴失眠新药研发提供参考。方法:基于《中药成方制剂》数据库,应用"中医传承辅助平台"系统,提取治疗心悸伴失眠的中成药,运用软件的关联规则、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗各证型中成药中常用药物、药对及组方规律。结果:《中药成方制剂》中共纳入中成药91种,涉及处方79首,主要用于6种证型,明确治疗各证型处方中药物出现的频次,归纳常用药物组合,总结核心方药6个,挖掘潜在的用药组合并演化生成新处方13个。结论:《中药成方制剂》中治疗心悸伴有失眠的药物配伍以安神药为基础,以补气药、补血药、补阴药为核心,常辅以茯苓、五味子,随证治以清热、活血、理气、解表、化痰、温里等药。Objective： To analyze the rules of medication and formula composition for palp!tations accompanied by insomnia in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs （NSCPD） enacted by Ministry of Public Health of China and provide a reference for new drug research and development of palpitations accompanied by insomnia based on the combination of disease and syndrome. Methods： To extract Chinese patent drugs for palpitations accompanied by insomnia in the database of NSCPD by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （TCMISS）, drugs pairs and formula composition rules in Chinese patent drugs for different syndrome types of palpitations accompanied by insomnia were analyzed with data mining methods such as association rules, improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering. Results： Six core combinations and 13 new developed prescriptions were concluded based on analysis of the frequency of medicinal and frequently-used formula composition in 79 prescriptions for 6 syndrome types of palpitations accompanied by insomnia, about which included in 91 Chinese patent drugs in NSCPD. Conclusion： The compatibility laws of curing palpitations accompanied by insomnia in NSCPD are on the basis of sedative drugs, used invigorating qi, nourishing blood, nourishing yin as core, assisted by Poria cocos and Schisandra chinensis, and along with clearing heat, activating blood, regulating qi, relieving the exterior, removing phlegm, warming the internal drugs.
